Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition as received
- The item must be returned in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, the following items are non-returnable:
- Opened or installed paint protection films (PPF)
- Opened or installed window tint films
- Products that have been cut, altered, or used
- Clearance or sale items
- Gift cards
- Downloadable or digital products
- Custom or special-order items
Partial Refunds (If Applicable)
Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations, including:
- Products returned with damaged or missing packaging
- Items showing signs of use not caused by our error
- Returns initiated after the 30-day return window
Refunds

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
Sale or discounted items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery.
To request an exchange:
- Email us at Info@ethosfilmsusa.com within 7 days of receiving the product
- Provide photos and order details
- Approved exchanges will be for the same item only
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you:
- You will receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item
If the item was not marked as a gift:
- Any refund will be issued to the original purchaser
Shipping Returns

You are responsible for:
- All return shipping costs
- Ensuring the product is packaged securely
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If a refund is issued, return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Ethos Films USA is not responsible for items lost during return shipping.
